Got some Window tint done today....

XPEL Carbon 20% sides and 15% rear

This is Camaro #6 for tint and by far the best job I've had. It's very hard to get the rear windows done right with the brake light and dot matrix all the way around but this came out absolutely perfect. Not sure if it was the installer or the product but I won't change a thing going forward.

Nice! What percentage is your tint?

I can't get over how crazy Panther Black looks in the sun.

What's the verdict on the copper free pads?

Big reduction in performance or minimal ??

Beautiful machine!

20% sides and 15% back. I've always kept it legal in TX with 35% sides but 20 is absolutely perfect. 15 on the rear makes it match all the way around. Brand is Xpel Carbon

Will get out and the pics on a sunny day soon.

I have 45 miles on the car so no idea. I'll get her broke in and on the track at CFest this summer.

Diode Dynamics side markers ordered from Phastek came in this weekend.

https://www.phastekperformance.com/2...o-6-dd5063.htm

Definitely a must for all Panther cars.

I really like that black tank over the plastic one. If you can replace yours at 45 miles I can surely do mine at 3300 miles. Do you have a part number and a place to order this tank? Since I like your plate a lot, I figured I would send a pic of mine. I had PPF applied to the front, which has really protected the paint from rock chips from the damn gravel trucks on Texas Toll roads! Can PPF be applied on a Matte/Satin finish without changing the appearance?

Hey Brett,
Here's the link... https://www.phastekperformance.com/M...-cam-16ebk.htm

This is definitely a good product but not cheap.

PPF and Ceramic Coat job starts tomorrow at Automotive Apparel in Tomball. Others in our Panther group have reported good results and it's not a noticeable change in the finish. I'll leave it to the experts at AA and talk with them on it.

Your car looks awesome. The new plate design I got was just released in January. They had to have 200 orders to make it happen. I ordered it back in June before I knew I could even get one of these cars.
