You'll be lucky if you get a blower for 5k alone, definitely not 5k installed. Unless you find a STEAL on a used one, and put it on yourself. But that's pushing it.

Just make sure you have a lot of money for repairs. I made the mistake of Procharging a 99 SS. And it became a full blown domino effect game. At this point in my life I'll take the price and R and D from the OEMs.
