Here she is!!! '15 2LT TR/AR

Can't pick her up from the courtesy delivery dealer until the dealer I purchased from releases the car. They will only release it once they get their money from USAA... I was told they sent the check request to USAA on friday, but apparently USAA needed the certificate of origin, which they didn't have until 4PM today. I begged the salesman up north (MacMulkin Chevy in NH) to see if they can send everything over to USAA today so they can get their funds tomorrow, so I can get the car... Worst case scenario, I can't take ownership of the car until Wednesday.

On the other hand, I have the dealer installing a Z06 grill (I hate that stock one) and a splitter on it. so It will be ready for me tomorrow afternoon anyways. I was going to do the splitter, but didn't really want to do the bumper. They offered me a good deal, and I figured the amount of money is not worth my time, so their corvette guy (whom I met today) will be installing it for me.

The anticipation and knowing your car is right there but you can't take it is a horrible feeling. It sucked only to take some pics and give the keys back and say I'll see you tomorrow :(

I've given instructions to the dealer to leave the car alone as far as cosmetics go and I will take care of everything myself. My brand new flex and adams polishes are on standby and will get to work on my next few days off! The paint is in good condition (besides typical vette orange peel) that I don't think I will have to do anything besides paint a 1 step polish (adam's white paint finishing polish). I saw few marks on the roof, but it should come off with ease once I put the flex on it

I'll then throw on a coat of Liquid paint seal to seal everything up and some wax probably.

I must say the I messed around with the NPP a little bit, and man am I glad I got that option. it sounded pretty tame in touring mode. I then put it in sport mode and immediately heard the louder idle rumble. I gave it little bit of gas and that thing sounded SO good that I was glad i spent the money on it. I love the fact that I can control the sound on longer trips and quiet it down. that slight rev between tour and sport mode really is crazy. I can't wait to take her home!

Here is a few just off the truck

and lastly, a first time startup by me

Hope AutoNation gave you a better deal than they offered me. I had one on order with them for 1000 over MSRP then (music from the heavens) I met Becky at Rogers Chevrolet in Michigan. She had the EXACT car I wanted delivered to my home in Davie and including the shipping she saved me at least 6K over AutoNation's price. Mon Cherie

You actually allowed someone to have a bottle of water in the car?
