Magnetic Selective Ride - Missing from order

QZPDBT - Order status changed last week to 3000 and I just found out today that I missed selecting the Mag ride option on my build. For some reason, my own carelessness, I thought the 3LT came standard with the mag ride option.

Does anybody know of a way to get the option added to my build after the build has changed to 3000?
I already talked with my sales manager and he can't change the order on his end. Are there any other option?

At 3000 the dealer has to request the change. After 3000 no change absent extraordinary and unlikely measures.

It sounds like your dealer has made a decision but perhaps if you remind him that there is a significant profit (as well as good will) for the dealership if it is added maybe that will help.

And lest anyone posts that it can not be done, let me remind them that it has been done therefore increases the possibility that it can be done, but the dealer has to make the request.

I double and triple checked my order before giving the dealer to go ahead. I understand it easy to miss.

Yup, bummed that I missed a critical option like that and I read the option twice and wanted to make sure it was there. Sucks!

Sounds like a great car with the options you have. I would be happy to own it. Wouldn't need the car cover though. It wouldn't be in the garage long enough to need that.

Hi Ciscokid,

Unfortunately that is not something I am able to do on my end, sorry! I can however call the dealer for you and check. Private message me with you info and we can go from there.

Dealer was able to get my order updated today. Order had to be taken back to a 2000 status, hope it goes back to 3000. If not, my mistake and price to pay to get the mag ride.

The "Trim: 196 - Trim, Suede, Jet Black", are those the touring seats (standard) or the upgraded seats?
