Granted I dont look "fat" it dosen't do good on my injured spine/legs any good.
27 in a week or so.

I'm 5'7 150lbs. Heaviest I've been was about a year ago when I drank about a 12pack a night. I was at about 160lbs. or so. Since then, I don't drink like I used to and went back down to 150lbs.

I've pretty much been the same since HS. 5'7 150lbs. Athletic I would say, not ripped by any means. Havent worked out/lifted a weight since my Sr. year in HS when I played football.

But muscle not fat im taking supplements and am on a good diet and just got a new workout routine that is a a lot more "hardcore" so we will see how this goes.

Starting Weight 171

Goal Wight 185 for now

Long workout will edit it tonight.
Gaining weight isn't really a big deal to me right now. Sure, I wouldn't mind being 10lbs or more heavier but as I mentioned above your quote I havent touched a weight(as in working out) since my Sr year in HS.

Weight Goal 200

Mile run in the morning
Walk my dog in the evening for at least 30 min
Weight lifting 2-3 times a week
I forgot that I walk to school at least 15 mins one way every day, It also helps that all of my classes on the otherside of campus.
Another thing that I started doing at the begining of the month is a carb counting site to keep track of what I am eating. The site is thedailyplate.com it is a part of livestrong.com, and teh best part is it is free. You can set goals of wanting to lose 1-2 pounds per week and it will tell you how many calories you can everyday to meet that goal with excercise. And it also allows you to add what exercises you do during the day to better calculate what you are burning. It has helped me adjust my diet alot since Ive started using the site. Since the begining of the month I have lost 5 pounds.

I'm in. I've been 'trying' to lose weight for the last few months but only succeeded at gaining excuses, and weight.

Current: 250 lbs
Goal: 200 lbs

That will get me to my 'normal' weight. Even though I'm 5' 10", almost everyone in my family is broad and solid. I will figure out a fitness plan later tonight.

Im pretty much the opposite. Im 5'11", 280lbs when I really hit the gym id gain about 5lbs a week. Its kinda discouraging in a way, but everyone in my family is the same way, we all put on muscle very fast. I haven't been able to work out in about 2 1/2 years and I still have a 56" chest, and 19" bicepts. Its gonna take me some time to cut some weight because I cant do cardio because of my legs/back/stroke so I dont know how Im gonna knock off this excess weight.

Sorry to hear about you stroke(I assume, as you mentioned legs/back/stroke).

Just stick with it, may take some time, but I'm sure you'll reach your desired weight.

Good luck.

Im in. I am 6'3" and currently weigh 165 but my goal is 190. I do 50 pull ups push up and resistance band curls MWF and 75 of the same plus other muscle groups TTHS. And I do 100 situps everyday. I work to insanely much right now to consistently go to a gym but hopefully in the next few months I will start up at a gym.

The easiest way to add bulk (in terms of actual workout) is to jack up the weight your lifting. Usually the rule is, that you want to be able to barely make the last set in each rep. (reach failure at the end of each rep) so adjust your weight/resistance accordingly.
