If you are getting belt slippage then a good alternative is UPDs pulley system and bracket. I'm running their 4 pulley system which includes the blower pulley, a 105 mm idler, 50 mm tensioner, aluminum bracket and factory size but lighter 6 rib idler pulley. Good for about 4# weight saving and of course the pulleys are rotating weight. Had no idea how heavy the factory pulleys were. The 105 idler pulley creates more belt wrap. That along with Gates belt K080653 so the tension is at minimum gives best chance for zero belt slippage that I've found available. The 105 idler is thicker than most too. I've heard some have had pulley failure at the higher boosts from too thin. I think you can see in this pic that the pulley is thicker than some where the belt rides. I've also included pics of the other pulleys on the car.
