Good evening!
I'm wondering if your problem was resolved with a software update? My 2014 C7 has similar issues. A message appears: Unsble to start speech recognition. The volume paddles do not work, and XM radio continually cuts off. When I try to go to the different menus( settings, audio, etc. ) on the steering wheel, I cannot access them. Was your issue fixed, or did they install a new infotainment system? Many thanks, Brian

Had the software update as soon as it was available, and all problems have vanished. Everything working well all the time since the software was updated. Only problem I encountered was I had some locations saved on the Nav unit and they were lost with the software update.
