Sorry to hear this. Today this one bitch was coming out of the parking lot to get into in n out. As I was passing by she cuts across right in front of me. Like wth wait your ****ing turn? Then I saw her shaking her head as if it was my fault. Stupid bitch.

Sorry to see your injured Camaro. One lesson I've learned since my son became a PI attorney, when its not your fault, always talk to one. You might be surprised what they can do when the other party's insurance company knows their driver was at fault.

For example, the mental anguish you are obviously suffering now can and should be compensatable.

I didn't get a ticket, not sure if the officer gave her one.
I did have a passanger in my car at the time, so hopefully that helps.

Does your son want to be my pi attorney? Since I recently had brain surgery, I went to the hospital right after the accident :(
Ps- car had under 700 miles on it.

Stories like this make my skin crawl. People here in DFW drive like this all the damned time - pulling out in front of you without looking and then slowing down. Lately it seems particularly bad.
