A used 2022 costs the same as an ordered 2023 accept the 2022 is used and has miles on it. The prices for used Camaros are absolutely nuts and the only way I’d buy one is if mine got wrecked. Was looking at 2018 2ss 1le’s and saw that they were going for 40ish k. I absolutely would not pay that amount for a non supercharged 5 year old camaro. Wound up ordering one instead for roughly 10k more because to me that made more sense.

I was also told that even though there ios no firm pricing yet, that I can expect a significant market adjustment even for non ZL1 CE orders. :sigh: I ended up not getting put on his list (he said there where 20 people ahead of me) ... found another dealer with only 1 person on his Camaro list, so I am going in Monday to build and submit my order. :fingerscrossed:
According to an article posted today by GM Authority the 2000 total units for non-ZL1 Camaro CEs is true. Dealer mark ups were already happening, but now they are going to be unreal .. :sigh: I may be out ... but I am not gonna cancel my order until I get hard numbers from my dealer.

I’ve been watching Carvana and their available Camaros has been shrinking,
they have a ‘22 Riverside blue low miles SS for $6g over the original msrp.

My dealer did not get an allocation this week for a 2024, so my order status is at 1100, but it is in the system and I do have an order number. No clue as to when they will get an allocation, but at least I am the first 2024 order in their system. They do sell some Camaro's, so hopefully allocations happen soon. I have ordered a half dozen or so Chevy's in the past, the workbench order on the new system looks a good bit different than the old system. I believe he told me that 24 Camaro builds don't start until September, I was thinking it had been July or August in the past, but I am getting old!

Good luck!
Put my order in for my 2024 2SS/1LE yesterday. Got my order number and Workbench paperwork emailed to me. This will be my third 1LE I have ordered from this dealership. Allocations start 6/29 and ‘24 production starts 8/7.

I’ll have my ‘22 2SS/1LE 6 speed manual up for sale here in a coupe weeks.

Which dealer did you go with - did they charge a markup?

I work with Jason at Selman Chevrolet. This is like my 7th vehicle. This will be my third 1LE. I will be putting my 2022 Summit White 1LE/M6 up for sale in a week or so.

Any news on regular CE allocations yet? They did the 300 ZL1 CE allocations already, but not the regular one.... thanks.

I received a screen shot from my dealer last Thursday and the ZL1 and SS were on constraint nationwide.

Can you help me understand what the 'national quantity' and 'constrained quantity ' columns mean?

Damn! Talk about gouging. When I bought my 2018 1SS 1LE brand new I paid less than that out the door including tax and everything.
