Do you collect Die-cast....?

Hi;
New to this forum, and curious if any one here collects Die-cast cars ?

I have about 3000 of them. A lot are Vettes in various scales.
I can't wait to get a 1:18 scale Maisto of the C7 !
Cheers!

I probably have like 1% of what you have... but I do have the Stingray concept!

I definitely want a C7 diecast when it's available... and yes, hopefully in 1:18 scale too.

Maisto will be making a C7 in 1:18 scale, for sure I'm getting a copy.
Cheers.

I have been waiting for a 45th die cast to come out, I already have the green light one (1/64) but I wanted something bigger to be able to display. I had a 2010 black 1/18" that I have been toying with the idea of putting stripes on with electrical tape lol. Yesterday I had some down time and had a few pieces of vinyl I was going to use on another 45th project. I was going to cut the vinyl stripes and put them on. But then I realized that it wasn't a real replica because the paint didn't match. Well lucky me I had purchased a can of CFM from automotive touch up for another project (see a pattern lol) and decided to repaint the car to actually match. Here are some pics.

Thanks stingray. Can anyone tell me if I can get a cover for my model? I still have the base as you see in my pictures, and I bought a case that uses another base, but I want to use the original base because of the name plate and its mounting ability.

The car is a jada project 1/18 scale

I have two diecast models one of a Daytona Charger (my first car) and the second of a Camaro (my second car) and hopefully will be adding the new Vette once I get it as my third car haha... Can't afford to keep the cars so the die casts are a good replacement

I have 100s. I put them all away in a closet to try and squash the memories I had. I look at the bags every now and then. Some pretty cool ones.

Until I can afford the real one, I bought the 1/24 scale version.

I do die cast.

I've got all of Dale Earnhardt's cars in 1/24.

I've also got all of Jr's cars in 1/24 through his last number 3 Wrangler car. In fact I'm wanting to get rid of all of his Hendrick cars and keep the rest.
