I think it is a little harsh for 30 day ban for posting in wrong section.

If you had received prior warnings than possibly but otherwise IMO ...NO

If it was a disrespectful post and continual bashing directed at a member, then I can see the need for a ban....otherwise just move the posting to the correct sub-forum


I know the admins had posted up about putting the posts in the correct subforums.
