Ok ... here you go... apparently I am not the only person who agrees the Mustang is FAR superior to the Chevy/GM crap that's out at the moment, enjoy your crap heaps:

Great looking car man. I would have gone the same route. The white and blue gt500 looks incredible. As much as I like the SS, the GT500 is in a different league and the Indy edition doesn't do much for me.

The Mustang is sweet lookin', congratulations! But if anyone in Canada has one of those M6 Indy Cars and wants to trade, I'd do it in a heartbeat!!!

This is the one that is in Greenfield, Indiana which is where i ordered my camaro. I would so get this car bc of its rarity. Only thing i dont like is the auto but ive always have wanted something with paddle shifters.

This is how much the Indy Pace Car Package costs and what it comes with:
Name: IMG01441-20100619-2104.jpg
Views: 178
Size: 53.0 KB

Cost is $41,950
Name: IMG01661-20100723-2118.jpg
Views: 169
Size: 69.9 KB

And the IOM exterior and the IOM interior with the full center of the seats being orange is a little much but being that its a pace car replica i could live with it.

You could always change the tranny out. If the one your talking about buying is a manual then dont think about it........BUY IT they are even more rare. I didnt thing there were any manuals. Hell if i had the money i would go to Canada and buy one with a manual.....thats if you can find one.

Nice response Skylined.

Enjoy the car. Kind of dubious post to me at least.

If you were going that way, why bother with posting on a Camaro website.

That "banter" belongs elsewhere. Sorry, it rings awfully hollow.

Thanks to you guys who appreciated the car.

Greenrail - If you bothered to read the thread you'll see that I started the thread by actually looking at buying an Indy 500 Camaro but decided on the SVT Cobra instead because of its features and the quality of the drive, each to their own though right? :-p

I did read the thread. However, when you posted a pic flipping people, off, you lost a lot of respect from my point of view.

I fully understood the Shelby vs Indy Pace Car dilema.

But, the last responses were rather tasteless.

Yeah, to each there own is a good assessment.

Just thinkin back to my treating people repsectfully thread.

Maybe a lot of posters here have me confused....isn't there "festival cars and clones" the total build of 295 !! THEN isn't there an actual build of 20 or is it 50 REAL pace cars, they were grey/silver, correct with different badging then these festival cars !!?? Several have been on Ebay and people want over $55K for them ???!!

Just seems like a lot of money for that car.
