Absolutely NOT a BBS wheel. BTW, opening price of the BBS F1 is $2100/2500 each for 19".

Are you saying that they aren't a BBS wheel because of the cost, or because the design isn't right? If it's a cost thing I'm sure GM worked out some sort of fleet purchase price.

Another similar wheel style is Giovanna Portofino-RL Series. You can go for the Japanese Camaro/Giovanna Edition look.

28.5lbs for the fronts and 29.5lbs for the rears (thanks to Sean@WSIAZ).

Whatever wheel is chosen, it will be a proprietary design to GM, NOT "off the rack".

Forged 1-piece 19s, bought in volume, would leave an obscene profit @ $2,000/rim.

BTW, the Giovanna Portofino 20" is a 2-piece cast (not forged) wheel. Little weight savings. But then again, $400/ea.

I had Sean whip 4 of those up for my V6. They look amazing. They were custom painted for about $550/ea.

I found a set of tires at tirerack for $896.00 or $224.00 each

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

The tires were cheaper than I thought they would be. More popular too. They range from $224 each to $500ish each.
