Totally useless. If I needed, that third row constantly, I would just go Suburban. Same thing with our Explorer, with the third row down, tons of room. With it up, hardly any.

It's not awful but not that great. It's fine if its a shorterish trip, but anything to long would not be that comfy.

It looks like they just deleted the rear seat, and then gave you the option to add all the stuff they said some people didn't want lol

We used to have a Tahoe... 3rd row seats sat in the garage.

There is a lot of stuff on modern cars that I would delete. I really only want power windows, mirrors, locks, and a/c.

^I know what you are saying. PW, PDL, PB used to mean that a car was fully loaded. Now these three items are standard equipment.

To be honest, I have been spoiled by the latest technical innovations and improvement in cars, from durability to creature comfort. It is just amazing how far the mfrs. have advanced from within a decade. Unfortunately, these advancements have driven the price up on our favorite cars. I was shocked a couple of years ago when I walked up to a Malibu LTZ and saw a sticker price of 35K! But to be honest, Malibu's competitors are asking this and more.

Cars should be more affordable though. That would definitely help sales of some lines.

So if I'm not mistaken, the Tahoe Custom actually drops the base price of Tahoe.
Any rumors about a Yukon version?

I just wish everything wasn't packaged together or certain options weren't available unless you got certain packages. Ford is especially bad at that. In the Fusion, the only way to get the Garage Door Opener is to get the moonroof....WTF kind of thinking is that

I can agree, but to some extent they can't make every option piecemeal without having to spend a fortune to make the systems work that way. I could imagine just how many wiring harnesses, module programs, physical components would have to be built just to make it so I could add this and not add that. Trust me though, I would rather work on a simplified vehicle than the ever increasing electronics and networks they have going on. It just gets more complicated every year as the new engineer tries to prove he can do better than the previous guy, it gets overly complicated real quick.
