I just ordered the zl1 rockers from gm for $500 the set. I'll figure out a way to fix the gap. They are urethane which is less likely to break.

Message me if you have any questions, it's not hard at all to close the gap.

The high paint cost really isn't bad, I was quoted $600 to have the OEM ZL1 rockers painted by a few shops and they aren't much bigger than these. $300 for painted is not a terrible price, now ACS if you could paint them in the actually body colors for all the 6th gen camaros I think it would be an easier sell.

Did I miss the answer to this question?

Thanks for the perspective. Well since I have a Mosaic Black car these are definitely the better deal. Wonder if they'll do a memorial day sale?

Hi Wrankin,

They are made in a rigid composite material, RTM Composite.

They do not lower the ride, so i can't see how you would scrape them

They are mounted using Aluminum Split Rivets, and yes, if removed, and installed as per the instruction the 3/16" holes would be visible.

You can order them in our black primer, and get them painted locally.

Many shops will paint for a lower cost, but at the end, it all depends on the clear coat and materials used.

Some have already ordered and getting them wrapped.

We should see various customer pics in the coming days.

Has anyone tried to vinyl wrap these or the other side rockers from acs prior to install?
We have a custom order next week with matching 1LE rockers, I'll be sure to post here.

Looks good.

In person, do they look wider? I think there might be an optical illusion in photos that makes them look narrower than those on zl1.

I agree looks good! Carbon fiber look works well with silver.
How solid do they feel when mounted? Did adding the vhb tape help? I'm thinking of doing that as well.
