The Xpel rep for the Tacoma/Seattle did the install. Check Xpel online for a Chicago area installer.

I had the Museum install the Xpel to mine. You can barely see the lines on the mirrors. I got the full hood done, so no line across the middle. It really looks good. I am very happy with it. (No photos yet, but not sure if it would even show in a photo).

Since you mentioned Xpel - any experience with how it might help with door dings. while the front-end/bra seems to be the most common for road debris protection - if it can make a demonstrable difference in careless door openers, I might bite to have the doors covered as well.

So far I have done the following:
Pfadt Tune.
Passport Escort installed under my rear view mirror and hardwired to the battery/fuse box in the rear.
Powder Coated wheels black.
Windows tinted 15%.
Side markers also tinted.
Got the trunk cargo shade.
I have the Curb alert system, but need to find the time to install it.

Ordered the trunk compartment separator.
Ordered the car color license plate frame.
Ordered personalized license plates.
Ordered Pfadt headers, awaiting their arrival.

I had that clear bra installed and after awhile the bugs imbedded in it and the stains wouldn't come out. After taking the plastic off I had a b..ch of a time removing the adhesive.....I'm just sayin'

Xpel can be put on all the painted surfaces, doors included. Xpel is self-healing. So, it will take the brunt of a door then smooth out if it was a hard/edgy hit.

I ordered a set from my local dealer but you can also buy it online... close to the same prices. My set with the metallic gray background is GM part #19301421.
