The point is to make the event even larger by having this event at the new track in bowling green and integrate c5 with the c7's and any future generation cars.
You can't keep it as just c5 anymore. Need to start thinking of growing the community beyond just Camaros.
Those of us that have a passion for these cars aren't thinking about just one model. Let's build a legacy here that no other mfg of cars has or will have for generations to come.

thought this event was for the people of c5, not the cars. granted, this site is about the 5thgen Camaro, so it goes hand-in-hand. but I think it's about meeting the people with the same interests as you, that brought you to this site. Not sure how the site wants to handle the future, but as of right now, with the last fest in texas, the TWO before that in indy (about 3.5 hours due north of beech bend park, bowling green KY), it is only right to at least try their hardest to get to a track closer to the west coast. maybe even in Colorado.

Sure seems like there's plenty of room there and feels like a reasonable compromise NESW-wise, especially when the previous event locations are considered.

Yes, in fact I was just in upper LA last month. To be fair, Cali would be a nice place for a Fest just not covenant for most due to its geographical location.

My statement was more referencing Cali in general.
