If there's no TTop option there BETTER be a sunroof. Something as large as the G6's multipanel sunroof (even if it's not multipaneled). That indention on the Camaro's roof isn't important to me at all and can be eliminated for sunroof or ttops.

No matter what though, a sunroof will never compare to TTops.

I don't get the 'ruins the lines of the car' comments.

Nothing ruins the lines of a car like a convertible top does, yet it's accepted where TTops wouldn't be. That just makes no sense to me.

you can see the lines that make the roof very unique the only way this will look right is with a hardtop like the corvette

I have to say, I think that the T-Top looks horrible. But of course, if they offered a hard top 'vert, I'd definitely get it.

Hardtop convertible is the only way I'd ever buy a convertible.

I'm not that concerned about the weight, it's not a race car. And I'm pretty sure the majority of the buying public (ie- people that won't ever find their way onto a site like this) couldn't care less about the weight either.

It's only the 'enthusiasts' that care about such things, and really they are in the minority when it comes to buying cars.

My try

I couldn't find a picture of the convertible at the right angle so i sorta did as good as i could on the interior.

Nice chop, Bob! Good job w/ the interior and roof lines. I guess I'm used to seeing the concept as a coupe/vert only. I'd have to see a t-top version in person to get a good idea of what it would really look like.

Doesn't look bad at all. And I'm sure if it was a real option it would look even better.

It's easy, if you don't like/want them, don't buy them. Simple as that.

I don't like or want a convertible (and I'm certainly not the only one) but none of us are crying that they shoudln't do it because it ruins the lines of the car. If you want one, buy it. But I'll still find it unattractive. If you think TTops look bad, so what? I just can't think of any other way to put it. Let everyone buy what they want...

MMmmmmm....would rather still have the rooflines of the coupe than a slick top.

First off, mad props to Bob... great Photoshopping skills!

That last pictures with the white seats actually doesn't look too bad from that angle! I have to say that I kind of like it, and with T-tops, they can easily maintain the lines of the car, unlike the vert.

i would have to see it from a few different angles before making a final judgment, but I have to say, I think it would be a feasible option. I still don't know if I would purchase that option though as I would be concerned with reliability issues later down the road after the warranty wears off....

I actually printed upa pic of the T-Top images and pasted it on the poster of the 'vert just to get a visual(daily visual) and it does not look half bad. However, it does take away from the streamlime of the body So I wou;ld get a hard top, and secondly, living in Chciago, I couldn't enjoy the T-top year round. I like the work into produce the T-top images though. Keep our imaginations going and continue the good work.
