This thread is a funny coincidence as my dad owns an 05 GTO M6 and I have my L99. (Both bone stock) We often wonder who would put down more on a dyno or run a quicker 1/4.

isn't 100 lbs worth about .1 sec in 1/4 mile? If so, I think it's gonna be close.

I know just haven't had the time to. And either on a legal track or on the streets of Mexico haha

I think you have him beat. Your mods sure easily make up for the weight difference, even if he has headers.

You have him, but the car will work better paddleshifted if you race from a roll.

When I had my SS I ran a GTO. I went to pass him and I was doing 65. He was probably doing 60. I heard him punch it because I had my sun roof open. There was nobody as far as you could see behind us or in front of us. He got the jump on me from 65 to about 110 then I started pulling away. I didn't run off and leave him but, the faster we went the futher behind he got. All I had was an axle back exhaust that's it.

Well I was rooting for your Camaro until you mentioned "G-force driveshaft"

O man I just don't know now, please find out as the suspense is killing me.

I had no idea he had that! Should be a good race though.
