I suppose it would be alright if that was it and you never wanted to mod your camaro any further.
More flow than stock, but nearly as good as whats out there for another Franklin or so.

This is one of the most discussed topics on here, there is a LOT of info floating around on these. My Roto-Fab intake just arrived today, but I would have gone with CAI Inc or ADM in a heart beat as well without any concern for difference in performance.

I got one for cheap. Anyway, I did it mostly for aesthetics... sold the filter... kept tube only. Once I can drive the car (snow) I can report any difference. Looks good and fits good.

The money you spend on that intake tube could be put towards what you really want. I asked the same question two years ago and I'm glad I went with the CAI intake.

There's better options save your money on something that will be a one time investment. I dont see much gains from just replacing the tube alone. I considered this system when I first got my car but later found a good deal online on a airaid system and im pretty pleased with it.

Believe it or not, it's not.

OP, If all you want to do is dress up the engine bay, that's your ticket. If you want any kind of performance at all, get something else.

If you're shopping around, here's a few pics of Roto-Fabs cold air intake! If you want REAL performance gains and looks to match, Roto-Fab is the way to go! Here's a link for more pics and specs! http://roto-fab.com/Camaro.html

I have the stage 2 blackwing. It's well worth it. I love the sound of my car breathing heavy when tapping the gas

BIG difference between the black wing and the black wing 2.

I looked at this set up today. I don't want to change the entire system, just like to get rid of the stock intake tube with all of its baffles and resonators.
Emailed SLP to see if it will fit my '14 SS.
