Mods: May we have a Marketplace?

I have made great use of the marketplace on C5 and would love to continue this on these forums. While we do not have any C7 modifications or parts for sale, perhaps we can start with:

-Autos For Sale
-Non-Automotive

My personal intent is to list my car for sale as I do not want two sports cars.

Thank you for your consideration.

Might end up being a whole bunch of 5th gen Camaros listed in the Autos For Sale section!

Those who part with a 2012/2013 ZL1 for "this" new Stingray would be making a serious mistake if "having a rarity" is a priority. Now, a std G5 Camaro ---- not so much. The base C7 will likely run about the same as a ZL1. The ZL1 (especially the 2012's) will be quite rare in comparison. - Big HP, Supercharged, No Active Fuel Management; As GM said ... The Highest Performance Camaro in the History of the Brand.

This is not a comment on the C7. They will be plentiful. Always there for the willing buyer(s). Along with the AFM and about 29 mpg.

One thing for sure.... GM is getting some momentum in design and engineering. It's good to see. But, getting a product at the high HP end is starting to get harder to reach for those of middle class means. Until the housing market recoups and people can tap into equity (good luck on that), I don't see a ton of Gen5 folks selling their Camaros to get a C7. I remember a couple years ago how the talk was all about how the new Z/28 and/or ZL1 was going to cannibalize the Vette. When the Z/28 comes out here soon to close out G5 Camaro, and introduce it for G6, the saga will continue.

To be continued . . . . . . .

Yup in due time we shall see...

Won't ge a ton of 5th gen owners looking to dump theirs for a C7... I don't plan to, but there will be a share looking to upgrade their LT or SS for a C7. Many have posted all over this board already with the intent to do so. Time will tell....

The admins are still figuring stuff out over here. There's a lot of setup in a new site. In the meantime, I'd recommend posting car ads on Camaro5 since the sites are linked.
