Side skirt clip broke

The clip that's molded into the leading edge of the piece broke and is no longer holding the skirt tight to the body. The molded clip sandwiches between the skirt and body which are retained by little yellow clips.

While not overly obvious, the wheel liner starts to come out at higher speeds. Noticed it this weekend when going above 140mph. Any suggestions on how to repair this? Not sure this is something a dealership would touch.

If these are OEM. it would be covered under warranty.

I noticed my pass side popped out like that last week but it snapped back into place. If it were broke I would be heading for the dealer.
