I've been coming over to here to Dubai and Saudi Arabia for a few months for work. I see a car called. the Lumina SS. Looks very much like a G8/SS Sedan. Four door with LS3. Pretty nice looking. My understanding is Chevy is currently selling them.

and the G8 and now the SS have always been based off the same platform, which is based off Holden models. Badge engineering

That Lumina is a clone of the Commodore VE/Pontiac G8.

Almost Benzish.

There's a pretty extensive list. I don't recall exactly where it is though but it's out there.

Besides the obvious front/rear fascia changes and revamped interior, 60% of the chassis is new, and close to 100% of the suspension is new.

Select picture 7 in top row.
This may have been a surprise to you, but at this point, you'd be about the only one. You may think it's ugly, but I think it's sharp and I think the G8's are absolutely gorgeous!

Have you had your eyes checked lately?

Think they were talking about the 100 or so extra horses the SS has.

These look nice for a sedan. But g8 still wins the appearance aspect.

First ship load has arrived in Calif., only 15,000 coming over, I once heard Tom Henry say that if there would be a THR SS, his answer was LS7.
