It's weird, but even among the 1LEs, I've seen variances in the wheel gaps. Probably an illusion based on different colors, etc. along with maybe spring settling from new? idk.

For comparison, here's my summit white.

I plan to change my oil when I take the car out of winter storage, but was curious if the manual actually recommends it. Mine says nothing except change the oil when the computer tells you to. lol
Yes, the supplement below "recommends" first oil change at 500 miles. Breaking in engine, brakes, differential is also recommended until 1500 miles with a diff fluid change at 1500 miles. Then 1LE is "broken in" for track duty.

I read through the high performance supplement and the owners manual. Nothing in either of those recommends oil change at 500 miles nor do they recommend changing the diff lube.

Hmmm, interesting. No idea why I wasn't provided with the 2018 Camaro track prep guide. I have the high performance supplement and the owners manual. The track prep guide definitely recommends an oil change at 500 miles. Why would they put that in the track prep guide but not the owners manual or supplemental guide? Looks like I'm about 150 miles overdue.

It is not the end of the world, but good to do. I did have an alignment issue with my car, GM does perform an alignment if you suspect something not right for free. I believe it is limited to the first 3 months or 3000 miles. Mine was off quite a bit, pulled to the right. While you are under the car, check the for any loose nuts on the front end sway bar links.

Yeah, 67" race ramps are on the way and I checked the end links when I changed my pads out. Was at 450 miles, but will check again when I'm under there.

Video Bunch of 1le's

If your wonder, all of these 1le's are all at Cable Dahmer In Kansas City, Mo.

This dealership Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, & the New Car Sales Manager Darren Hern and the sale rep, Sheridan Curtis, went well above and beyond to accommodate me until I was 100% sure which 1le Camaro I wanted. All the 1le's Look Good and the SS's! I Greatly Appreciate the time this dealership devoted.

Special thanks to Sheridan Curtis my sales rep, Darren Hern the Sales Manager and Cable Dahmer for a fantastic trade in price for my 2SS, and an even better price on the new 1le, Very Happy 100% I made this trade. and yes it did cost me, not as much as I thought, Cable Dahmer was Excellent, I bought my 2015 1le from them. No need to slam me on the trade difference, just enjoy the pictures.

Videos are on page 3, all of these 1le's are at the same dealership, Cable Dahmer Chevrolete Kansas City, Mo
