What options

Don't all the 14s come with the Racing seats, nav, and suede roof, or are all those extras?
I was under the assumption that all the ZL1s out of the factory were coming loaded

They can find the one you want with the options you want and have it shipped to them if they want to do business. If they don't, find a dealer that does.

"Loaded" in manufacture land means air, cruise, tilt, power windows and locks. That has been the lingo for years. The ZL1 has many additional factory standard options which are pretty sweet! There aren't many options to add on the car when you build one. They do in turn come very well equipped. I factory order most of my vehicles and the ZL1 was a very simple order. I put every option in it and it was a simple process. I'm doing a 14 Sierra Denali now and holy crap there are a ton of picks to make. Too many IMO.

Only add on you really "need" is the seat upgrade. Nav can be done better through On Star and the suede upgrade isn't really worth it IMO. Good luck getting your ride!

Load it up. I got mine with everything and I don't regret it. These cars by their nature are completely impractical so you may as well go all the way.

All ZL1s come standard with things like heated seats and rear view camera, which I would never have ordered if they were optional (but I do like having them). I would have ordered the suded upgrade if the standard wheel and shift knob weren't already smooth leather, but they are leather and I prefer smooth over suede (especially in wear ereas). Sunroof is an option I would never take, since I believe all sunroofs detract from the looks of all coupes and with the Camaro in particular you lose the distinctive Mohawk roofline if you take the sunroof.

Tell them to shove it up their ass then. Go elsewhere. Be smart on where you spend your money. They wouldn't get an oil change from me.

Isn't the point of the deposit that they hold the car for you ? What a douche bag dealer.
