No idea. I remember trying apex repeatedly but I think they were shut down if I remember correctly. A few years ago. Phastek had the same one. Google camaro air scoop maybe. Also it is only a 3-4” deep angled piece of aluminum that sits about a foot below my rotofab so highly unlikely that water would shoot up into the intake. It doesn’t even ram air. It more just directs in cold and pushes out hot in the general area of the filter. IMO

Phastek is selling them. They are currently waiting on more washer bottles to arrive (showing as out of stock). I was told by Phastek sales they should be in stock in less than a week, and to try discount code "welcome5" at checkout.

Your not noticing the small increase in hp at all in a 3800lbs plus car. The vendor wasn't really wrong.

A lot of our mods will produce minimal HP individually. But when you are trying to squeeze every last bit of power out, it all adds up.

That's true.....but I bet that 2 cars with same mods..one with a scoop and the other without running against each other. Would perform the same. I just don't think there's a measurable gain. But.....we have debated cai for years with no real world comparisons so I'm guessing this will be the same.

This! Maybe my butt-dyno isn't as finally tuned as others but I've never even noticed a difference in power from adding a CAI to any of the V8's I've owned so there's no way in hell I would notice a 3 hp bump from a scoop. I have a hard time believing anyone who says otherwise. With that said, it is on my to-do list along with a washer relocation. Every HP counts!

Thank you! Code worked thanks Wes also for the info. I went with the phastek one because it was already powder coated. I’m just going to ditch the washer altogether, extra weight and I never use it

Will ditching the washer bottle cause the empty washer fluid light to stay on?

I haven't seen anything and I ditched that thing months ago. Needless weight

No problem! Just take your time with the scoop. The instructions required literally sawing off some plastic behind the rear fascia to mount the scoop. A little nerve wracking because the instructions weren’t super clear. But again I found it was meant for the 10-13 model.

*front fascia I mean. Just behind lower left side

No light comes on. I removed my washer bottle 2 months ago and the dash is clear. I never used the washer thing. Also - It weighs 11 pounds when filled with water.
I love the new found space and airflow underneath my sealed CAI.
