Very impressive testing and video production, I like the coolvibe feel as opposed to the typical tie and suit dry feel that most OEM inhouse videos give. But we need to lose the stripes on bumper look, kills the rest of the great shape....IMHO

Mine are pretty bad right after I put the top up, but seem to get a little better after a while, but are permanantly there. I will be taking it in to the dealer next week to get it documented.

Glad to see you are going to get the issue looked at. Let me know if you need my help!

Did they forget to do the water test on all those who have reported leaks so far?

I think like SUX2BU mentioned, even though they put the top down and up 5x a day, they may not have driven with the top down - which seems to result in the rub marks.

We'll find out if my top rubs next week when I get my car!

I think it might be worse to be in your position. I know my top is messed up and so I have no problem driving with it down knowing it is getting worse. You are going to have a new top and be looking at it over and over again every time you put the top up. If you do see it start to make a mark you might feel bad about putting the top down and making it worse, especially since it doesn't look like GM has a fix yet.

Where can I get my own Chevrolet lab coat for all my testing? I'm sure the results would be better if I had a Lab coat!!!

VERY HIGH QUALITY. My 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS LS3 has 29,000 miles, has been through 2 winters in Northern IL. and I dont have a single rattle. This car is AS SOLID AS A ROCK like Chevy says. My last 9 vehicles were from Toyota, Honda, and Acura. This car is as tight or tighter then all of them. The others all had rattles after a year or so. GM is doing FANTASTIC IMO. I have gone and looked at ALL the new models in the past 2 years and they are all excellent in build quality IMO. From Buick, Chevy and Pontiac. Which is gone, and that PISSES me off. THANKS US GOVERNMENT for helping BANKERS instead of Pontiac.

Have a Great Day, and GOD BLESS ALL.

OOPS. I forgot Cadilac with I LOVE very much !!!

Had camaros with t-tops, all leaked. Had corvettes, coupe with targa and convertible, they leaked. Almost all owners of Ferarri 355 spyders have leaks, at least half of 360/430 owners have leaks, and those are $200k new. So I would expect some leakage in ANY soft top convertible. I think only cars not as prones to leakage are high end hard top convertibles, like MB SL550 etc.

I've had 2 Toyota Solara verts and a Miata, never a leak. I don't have one in my Camaro either (but I do have the rub spots).
