So I talked with my local dealer here in my tiny town and they told me that my ZL1 was built on 10/31 and was bayed for shipment. I asked a few days ago and it was still the same. So I called GM and they said it was waiting for a carrier. I read through the thread over the last few days and found the palsapp website and entered my VIN and it says "null" and "pending". So I called jack cooper and they were more helpful than GM but they told me that the Camaros were on hold? I was just curious what you could find out if anything. Thanks so much!!

Thats so crazy , after reading through the forum i found that there are alot of people stuck in the same situation, my local dealer told me that gm will probably release the hold on the camaro’s all at once which if it is true i hope happens real soon for all of us impatient soon to be camaro owners!

I also read where someone said that the wait after it is built is much worse than waiting for it to be built. I understand that now.

Thank you for checking all those times. The 5 month wait was defiantly worth it, this car is incredibly and not as bumpy as everyone thinks.

...means it is a Interim movement to other lot.

There is not a published hold on any Camaro.

All vehicles are processed for QC.

Some will be randomly selected for build verification;
- it is used to document a build sequence.
This is a process that all manufactures use to ensure quality.

Yours is following a normal pattern of build,
it will change to 4B00 Status - Bayed - soon

"Bayed" is used when a vehicle is "parked"...
and awaiting available transportation and scheduling.

Keep checking here with me..
and also check palsapp site.
BTW: the notation - null / pending - is normal
- until it is assigned for shipment.
