Someone over at GMI quoted $40,290 to get into the Premium Luxury or Sport trims. Not sure where that figure comes from though.

Not too shabby. You could deck this thing out and still be in the neighborhood of $48-50k. A solid deal when compared to other vehicles in the segment.

First thought was meh, but then I saw it in the darker color. IMO the car doesn't look good in the burnt orange shade but looked much better in the darker color.

I like it overall...its a good looking ride. I think the orange is not working too well in these photos though. I do think I prefer the newly refreshed MKC over this on the exterior though. I will mention the pre-2019 refreshed MKC was on our final list of CUVs that we considered purchasing recently. We like its exterior also (on the higher trims). The interior is nice, but the dash layout is bland. Seats are amazing feeling.
Yeah more power would be nice, but its not needed. That power combined with the 9 speed will run just fine. It won't feel remotely underpowered in normal driving or even merging onto roads. You guys shopping for a nicely appointed mid-size CUV should give the Terrain SLT or Denali a look. It also has the 9 speed. We just picked up a 2018 metallic grey Terrain SLT. With the SLT trim and the upscale wheels I love the look. I wasn't a huge fan of it when I saw initial photos when it was unveiled, but I am a big fan now. The regular SLT and lower trims don't look too great to me, but really like the upper trims. We pulled a killer deal on one, and purchased with over $11,000 in discounts and rebates.

It all depends on which BMW wheel you choose. Some M wheels had summer-only, some had all-seasons.
