If want a V8, then trade it. If want a TTV6, then time for car parts.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

Twin turbo or trade up. Twin turbo would get you more power but potentially more problems and more costly in the end. I would just trade up for sure if it were me.

There's a heck of a lot more to it then just swapping motors. Cost wise, IMO, it would be better to trade it for an SS or, as others have said, turbo or super charge it.

There is just WAY TOO MUCH electronically to swap these things out. Not worth it, better to just trade the car in and get the SS/V8, you'll end up spending the cost of a slightly used 1LE/SS

Better to either twin turbo it and smoke everyone (gotta pay to play amirite?) or just trade the sucker in.
Yeah, it's not like the old days.

Just mod the balls out of the v6 you got or trade up, engine swaps are only successful if you do a full on gut job

Trade it up. There's no feeling like going from 3 years to pay off to 7 new ones! Oh, and driving a bona-fied SS hot rod, of course. And I'm serious!

You are making a smart move by trading up. The V6/V8 swap has high odds of turning into a major cluster**** ! I can not understand those who say go for it have no clue how complex this would be and what is involved not to mention it would cost less to just go buy the car you want and not have the head aches that will follow. Some people here seem to think its as simple as an engine pull and drop . LOL
