Yup, it was the 6.5 GTO that I was specifically thinking of. Also, 2nd Gen T/As had a 4.9, Turbo 4.9. T/A 6.6L, 6.6 Liters, and even a 5.0...

But doesnt sound cool when I get to say half the fed tax off my pay goes to an overabused, dilluted medical system. I'll take the MPH too.

I would say the T/A 6.6 was the first and the 5.0 in the mustangs in the mid 80's were definitely when things probly turned.
