GM Glass cleaner works best for me. Wipe on with blue paper shop towel, off with waffle microfiber. Never streaks.

Looks like everyone has put their input on here, but one question I have is what type of towel you use and how do you clean it? Sometimes some folks don't clean them properly and they will leave streaks on any window or maybe the glass has something on it even after washing the car.

I use Invisible Glass or the Armor All glass cleaner. I apply it by spraying it on and wiping it off with some paper shop towels. I use the Scotts brand that you can buy in the big yellow box at most automotive stores and at Sams.

Always comes out streak free. After cleaning my glass, I usually apply some rain-x on a fresh paper towel and apply it. Once dry, I remove the glaze with a microfiber or 100 percent cotton cloth.

I use either Castle Streakproof glass cleaner or Sprayway Glass cleaner, and Bounty paper towels. Like it was said previously, it is more how you use it than what you use, just spraying on and wiping off results in streaks. If you wipe off the cleaner in the first pass, then go back and buff the glass with a dry paper towel, you will have hardly any (if any at all) streaks. It helps if the glass is cool instead of warm too.
