Sorry to bump an old thread, but the point about the wider body work is interesting. I remember TONS of base C6 owners changing their fenders and quarter panels to the wider ZO6 ones since it was such an easy swap (the quarter panels were not welded on, just held on by 10 bolts). Since the fenders and quarter panels on the C7 are attached the same way, I can see the same trend happening here.

With that said, I don't know how I feel about the V-shaped lower grille opening. Of course it's still important to remember that this is just the test mule.
