Drove the wife's jeep for few hours today, what a blast to drive with just bikini top. Yeah used are pricey and new ones they barely budge off sticker 1500-3000K depending on specs.

Here's my take on a Wrangler. You either love it or hate it. The first month I loved it, then as time goes on, the power sucks, fuel mileage sucks, the interior is cramped, doing groceries suck when you have the soft top on. Have to unzipper the back window to get shit in the back. The leather wears fast also. I've had 4 steering pumps replaced. The 5th time it went they replace everything in the steering system. Ended up being the lining in the lines separated and would cause the fluid to block and burn out my pump. Resale is amazing though.

Had some neoprene brake lines that did the same thing to me once. Acted as a check valve- pressure goes in, pressure will not come out, brake locked and stayed locked. Fun time getting the brakes disassembled and repaired...in the parking lot at work.

8200 miles on mine now since the end of April. Been to Missouri three times in it so far. Still love it. No issues so far. Averaging about 18 MPG with all my running around.
