I have a buddy running a ZL1 pump without a BAP on a simular build. His is DC is higher than mine.

I'm running E85 with just injectors, Zl1 pump, and adm fpcm. I saw nice gain, drivability same as stock. But then again I've ran Corn in all my modded cars ^_^

I run a ZL1 pump with the FPCM(and fuel pump voltage turned up in tune) tuned with a N/A Heads(milled), Cam, Intake, Etc and am in the mid 90's duty cycle on 6.2 Flex Fuel injectors. On a non cam car you may be able to get away with just injectors but no way on one with a decent cam setup.

Not sure how much power the car picked up on E85 but it definitely hits the tires harder and E85 is half the price of 93 around here.

What lb injector are those? I know the LSA are 52lb and LS3 are 42lb.

Mine came out of a 2013 6.2 Flex and the data shows 50lbs at 58psi. So nearly the same as the LSA but with a standard spray pattern.

Either way the ZL1 pump is about out of steam. If I don't bump the fuel pump voltage in the Fuel System Min voltage table my pressure starts to fall. With it bumped it stays steady at 58.

A larger injector may stretch the pump a little farther but not much.

Moved to KY two summers ago. Retuned for 93 pump gas and dyno results were 470whp and 440wtq on a super hot and humid day.

Just did a E85 tune and gained 10whp and 20wtq. The car seems to respond better too.

Yep. Installed a dsx sensor and did a 93 pull before e85. Still at 470whp and 440wtq according to the tuner. Can switch between both but he recommended less than a 1/4 tank if I ever switch fuel. I was told around here most e85 stays around e80-70 even in the winter

How is it that my 6th gen buddies were just able to get the flex sensor and run full e85? I have 2 that have done it. One car is a blue 16', A8, with a stall, small blower cam, full exhaust, some head work, and e85. He is still NA. The other is a white 17', M6, with ported throttle body, full exhaust, and e85. They both claim it is 40 hp easy. Now this is all them talking a big game but I have yet to see dynographs. point is, they are both pushing me to get lsa injectors, zl1 fuel pump and the sensor so I can run corn. How is it that we aren't seeing the "gains" they are? You can't tell me the new LT1 is just that good...

I'd take it with a grain of salt until you see a dyno sheet haha
