pop up entering site
Every time I open this site I get a pop up fo some blocker etc. Anyone else get this too?

The ads on this site have gotten ridiculously intrusive over the last 6 months. When I first get onto the site I get nailed with a full screen ad, and it usually pops up when I select a main forum link. Also getting ads from the bottom of the page on a banner.
I totally understand having to fund this great website, but it has gotten pretty gross lately.

I don't get any popups, ads or anything. The pages look the same as they always have.

I was getting the whole page pop ups till I added ad block pro on my iPhone. I made a post about this about a month or two ago in the site feedback section. It conveniently got deleted pretty quick after I posted it. It was around the time we were having all the downtime on the site.

Don't get any adds on my android by way of duck duck at all but it will often load C5 half way and just do nothing. Try again a minute later and its working ok.

I pretty much have the banner at the bottom of the screen the whole time I'm on the site. I'll get a pop up add about every 2 or 3 threads I click on.

Yep. I usually click to see new posts and get the ad. I have to close it and wait a few seconds until I can click again. then it works.

Yea. It’s bound to happen at some point. I get the whole page ad with a tiny small “x” in top right corner before I come to the forum groups. Eventually this site with its wealth of info will die along the wayside. Hopefully the history will be saved. Though if the site dies, I doubt you can search for issues in it…
