That's my bet. After thinking about it, Turtle made some good points about the fact that not only does the power seat go forward and backward, but it will go lower than your average manual seat, etc. You can get the power seat in positions the manual can't go. That's something I didn't give any thought to.

On the heated seat option, I'd take that in a heartbeat too. Why? Becuase even when it's not cold out, that heated seat in Kia does wonders for my back!

I was just commenting to someone at work today that my next vehicle was definitely going to have Remote Start even if I have to have it installed.

Remote starts are a god send for those of us that have to suffer through brutal winters. I had one put on my wife's car as a Christmas present and it was awesome.... then 1 month later I totalled the car. Really miss that thing.....

We can't put remote starters in manual cars here in TX. It's against the law due to the possibility of it starting while in gear. Of course, I'm sure if you had the cash, someone would do it for you....on the side.

I sure hope we see it on the new Camaro too. I'm sure it can be put in w/out causing problems (ie: being in gear). They can make it to where it only starts when out of gear or when the clutch is pushed in.

My brother used to install these in cars. He did seversl manual trans cars. He just had to add a few swiches to make sure it was in neutral and the parking brake was set.
