Many loans are non-transferable; the purchaser would not be assuming your loan, he/she would be taking out a new loan to satisfy yours. It is no different than a typical sale where the buyer uses a bank of choice (your bank is not necessary in this instance either). Sales tax would be applicable, as there would be a “sale”.

Exactly, plus when its gets registered in your own state, that state would want there taxes....still, I may try to figure this out if it don't sell soon....

saw you car on craigslist as well. you will want to have the person just get there own loan pay yours off. bank to bank should be able to just do it all no issue.
I am interested but wife liked the auto's on the test drives we did so not sure I can overcome that. even though 2021 is the year of happy husband happy life she is still being like happy wife happy life which is complete bs.
