Dealer has not called me back despite leaving messages. If GM doesn't fix this to my satisfaction I will trade it in for a Ford Mustang or Dodge Challenger - two cars I have driven which does not have a transmission grind.

I have never been as in love with a vehicle as I am with my Camaro. I agree with BlaqWhole on the drls. My son's '12 Bumblebee has been modified with a switch in the overhead console that turns the drls on/off, so he can run them with headlights: it does look great! I have the same issue as john316inu and AdamZ: brake squeal, but this goes away after the pad glazing gets burned off. This is, plainly put, my dream car, and I have never been happier!

My 15 1LE has the grid / guide lines. There might be an upgradable download for the 14's .

Would put deeper visors and the ability of them to slide out for those early morning/evening drives when the sun is shining in from the side and back a liitle. Other than that I love it. Rolls my age back 30 years at heart everytime I get in it.

besides the need for a HD clutch ( and bearing nut ) and visors that are higher quality than from a toy car I would like the halo DRL to stay on when the turn signal is activated. I also just noticed ( I think... ) that the FOG LIGHTS GO OFF when you use the high beams. REALLY ?? WTF ???

*sigh. not enough to dislike the car tho.

I totally agree about not being able to see well, but I have had a whopper of a time getting used to the manual transmission and I have been driving nothing but stick since 1991 - even a Baby Freightliner. Also do not like that there is no lock-out for reverse. My son has a mustang and you must depress before you can shift to reverse - much better idea. So I would have to say the transmission would be my one thing.

Believe me I'm not complaining but the paint on my '10 SS is still near perfect after 6 yeas and 39,000+ miles. Interstate trips all over the East Coast and Canada and only 2 small front chips- Otherwise NONE. I know photos will not show them but theres 2 minute glass gouges on the front facia and thats it. Also perfect gills- Go figure.

fog lights turn off on most cars when the high beams are on, because at least in MOST states it is required that lowbeams are on for fog lights to be on, and that high beams cannot be on with high beams
I think most countries also, like Canada I think is one of them. Almost all cars do this, but the DRL turning off is definitely annoying on the 14-15 models. lots of cars do it besides that, but gen5diy sells a wiring kit to keep it on. Or you can just wire it yourself.

That isn't going anyway anytime soon, it's only spreading. That's because the law is requiring average MPG to be higher and higher. Could've bought a manual if you didn't want it. also i think there are ways of shutting it off, at least I heard about a relay you can pull out.

the 16 has this in the V6 models and the V8

The car? Nothing, I love it.

Dealership service departments on the other hand need serious attention.

COOLED seats.............HUD left and right movement................parking sensors in front.............wider wheels for the SS. 9" front and 10" rear would be perfect. and more power!!!
