10/8/2015 - Chevy Customer Service sent me a customer satisfaction survey this morning. That survey was completed and rated as not satisfied at all with how CAC handled my case. I provided details from the site back to the survey.

I've had mine 16 months,9000 miles and it's perfect. |

It's hard for me to believe a tranny problem, flywheel replaced, computer problem, broken valve spring, valve gasket replaced, all within 6 weeks couldn't warrant a phone call from somebody telling me what the next steps would be if I had any other problems with my car. 48000 miles is different from 9000, I didn't have any issues with my vette at 9000 miles. The problems all started at 48000 miles and within a 6 week period. When folks start having the problems I had at 48000 and your car is falling apart, take good notes on the work and timeline to resolve your problems. I hope the best for you if this happens to you. |
