LOL only in SoCal will a strip club, adult novelties store, Christian book store, and a Church all be on the same intersection...

Did you mean 1000+? If so that's a good amount.

You can't keep it as just c5 anymore. Need to start thinking of growing the community beyond just Camaros. Those of us that have a passion for these cars aren't thinking about just one model. Let's build a legacy here that no other mfg of cars has or will have for generations to come. Just my opinion... |

thought this event was for the people of c5, not the cars. granted, this site is about the 5thgen Camaro, so it goes hand-in-hand. but I think it's about meeting the people with the same interests as you, that brought you to this site. Not sure how the site wants to handle the future, but as of right now, with the last fest in texas, the TWO before that in indy (about 3.5 hours due north of beech bend park, bowling green KY), it is only right to at least try their hardest to get to a track closer to the west coast. maybe even in Colorado.

there's a 1/4 mile track in Albuquerque. not sure about space for camarocross, but might be able to make it work.

Sure seems like there's plenty of room there and feels like a reasonable compromise NESW-wise, especially when the previous event locations are considered.

My statement was more referencing Cali in general.
