What a great day!

Got to take the 5th gen out drifting all day. It was awesome! Car is stock other than lowering springs and the wheel/tire setup. I had no trouble smoking the tires Name: IMG_4543.jpg

Yeah, you're mean for posting this while it's been in the negative degrees and snow here! Now chance of ice tonight into tomorrow AM.

Looks like a fun time! :-)

Something to be proud of? Ripping the shit out of your Camaro just makes no sense to me. Make sure you repost this when you go to sell your SS.

Probably no harsher than drag racing. If the vehicle is well maintained it shouldn't be a problem. The 5th Gen is tough!

Car looks great. I can't afford to burn up tires like that

Its his car let him enjoy it the way he wants to enjoy it. Everyone gets these cars for different reasons.

I could not agree more. Nothing wrong at all with using these cars in motorsports, after all they were built with that in mind.

100%.

Personally, I do not understand the people who do the opposite.
Buying a car to just sit and take up space in their garage.
Only driving it 1 month of the year.... only the day after the new moon...

They are performance cars.
Meant to be driven and enjoyed.

Aren't you worried about the side curtain airbags popping?

I agree also. I understand taking care of your car but to not use it the way you want too? What's the fun in that, just having a car sit in your garage?
