Howdy gang! Long time lurker, first-time poster.

For those of you who bought a camaro with the 20% off MSRP deal, were there any deal qualifications? For example did you have to finance with GM, or have to trade a vehicle to qualify?

There isn't any specific qualification's. It's just a great offer and if you can find the car you want... better jump on it. I've used cars.com to find a lot, but you may want to check the actual dealer site to make sure its still there, because there are several I've found that are no longer available

If I had some time I wouldn't mind flying into Seattle then driving down

Just do it! I'll put you up in Lake Tahoe on your way thru. Garage waiting for your car overnight. Don't even want to leave that baby in a casino parking lot. lol.

The 20% is only available on the oldest 15% of there stock. The dealer tried to tell me I had to pay MSRP to get the 20% (that was bs which they recanted on when I told them that killed the deal.). No trade, no financing through GMC(Ally).

I think that you could probably negotiate Invoice less holdback ( ~3%). The closer to 1/2/15 you get, the more power to set the price because the rebate is a perishable asset. It goes away and if they dont sell the car, nobody gets the benefit.

Thanks for all the quick replies. Although I wasn't looking for a new car per se, I stumbled upon a 2015 2SS / RS that was being offered for this 20% off MSRP deal. I did a test drive on Friday and was immediately hooked.

I had never dealt with this particular dealership, but they seemed pretty low pressure. I would have bought the car, that day, but I felt they were low-balling me on my trade-in. Now that I know the 20% off deal is not affected whether you trade-in or not, I might just buy it and sell my current car later.

Came across this deal while searching on cars. I didn't verify it with the dealer cause it's not what I'm looking for.

2014 2SS RS $28,146

Thanks Tahoe! I am still leaning toward shipping, but I appreciate the offer!

That is a crazy deal! Good find. I wonder if that was a demo unit for one of the salesman or something. Maybe they are just really determined to blow that one out... very nice, but the wrong color for me.

I got my 13 BRM 2SSRS from these guys on a similar deal and they were very easy to deal with.

Almost free transport

If anyone needs one of these great deals shipped I can help you out. I'll be driving our transport from Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday to Dallas then back to Daytona. If you need your new car going either direction let me know. Glad to help. It will cost you um, say, the best steak in town and a test drive(after you drive it of course). Going to Dallas empty so there is room for four that direction. Picking up two 458's in Dallas so room for two going to Daytona. If you find one for me to buy along that route I will be truly grateful.
