Mods on l99

This is probably a dumb question but i'm new to camaro's so please be gentle. All the mods I find are listed for Ls3 engines. Can you put Ls3 mods on an L99?

Seriously brother, get that book. You’ll know more than you ever thought possible. I don’t get any kickbacks, it’s just a damn good book. I saw it at Barnes & Noble and she ordered it for me on Amazon Prime.

Basic mods are the same intake, exhaust ect most of the difference is in the valvetrain.

I have an L99, when installing a catch can, the hose routing is different than the LS3 and not easy to find, so I did a "How To" for the catch can install, I posted the link below.......

There are some universal parts that can be used for both, but there are also some that are engine specific. If you see something you like you're best bet is to call the manufacturer and see if it will or will not work for your car. For example, Solo makes high flow cats for bolting up to the factory manifolds. If you look at a LS3 high flow cat it is different than a L99. However, if you used one of their catback systems such as a Mach XL it could be used for either even though the Mach XL is designated for a L99 (and sounds GREAT!).
