Can someone please help? Misfire?

Here is a link to the codes
https://youtu.be/f3dqouei4bo

I just removed my whole exhaust and swapped from kooks 1-7/8 headers to tsp 1-7/8x3 headers and from borla atak to corsa 3" zl1. I start my car and I get those codes (check engine, stabilitrak) and it's just running like complete shit. The car was on jack stands for probably s month and a half. I was putting back to stock but decided to keep it. So I got new headers catback, but not intake. I check my plug wires and everything was connected fine. I'm not too sure what's going on here. I drove around my block and it would shift very hard. Thanks!!!

If it sat for a month and a half the battery is probably in need of a good charging.
These cars don't like low battery voltages.
