Different type of vendor but: Co-worker went 3 times (THREE) to a new restaurant near her house to get a take out menu. Third time she went in asked when they would have the menus - gal behind the counter said "I'm not in charge of printing." Co-worker said "I guess you don't want my money." and walked out.
Manager came running out of building. Was he there to apologize? Nope. Told my co-worker off for speaking to his employee that way... Bet it's closed in 3 months. |

I went through the same thing. The problem is that the so called custom exhaust shops are just cut and weld places. They do not want to go outside of the box, and be responsible for something they aren't comfortable with.
