2014 V6 auto, and I have been running 93 for over a year now. I noticed the difference almost immediately when I switched from 87 (I used the pulled fuse method rather than just letting the car figure it out on its own).
As was stated above, there is a comprehensive thread about octane flying around here somewhere. After reading through it, I was convinced and haven't turned back since.

If I put 87 in my LXF the check engine light comes and stays on and the valves will rattle when I get on it.
