Very cool. Love the CTS, especially the one with a "V" next to it

Very nice! Congrats to Cadillac! I just wish they were not so darn pricey. Maybe I would have gotten one for my daily driver, but even used......................Yeah, NOT gonna happen for me right now.

Wife will be getting a '14 CTS N/A V6 Premium model in the next couple of months. She's still deciding on colors. She drove a '14 N/A v/6 Luxury model and liked it a lot, enough to finally part with her only 40K mile, black on black '06 DTS Performance sedan. The only shortcomings I see to the new CTS is price and if it's like all previous CTS models, they depreciate heavily.

I think I would have gone C7 for CoTY, but the CTS is a great choice.
I haven't driven one, but sitting in one and giving it the full inspection, it is definitely a step up from the ATS. Interior appointments are definitely a step up. I do agree with some of the reviews that the interior is a bit "over the top" in some regards. I remember years ago seeing the first XTS interior and feeling that 7 layers of different materials on an IP were a bit much. The only concern I have with the car is the price. Yes, it's competitive with the E class and 5 series now for base price, but I'm just not sure I could go $63,000 for a V-sport. But that may also frame the ATS V or V-sport when and if it comes out. Seems like they are setting up the ATS V to be what the "old" CTS V was for price. One thing I will say GM has done VERY well at is the 2.0 T in a luxury car. I've driven Audi A6 loaners with their 2.0T and it seems as if they really want you to know you cheaped out. They have been rough and course until you settle in to a cruising speed. Mrs. Numbers 3s ATS 2.0 T sounds like a 4 cylinder but you sure can't feel it. Cadillac is on a role here and I guess the only frontier left is do the ever go after the S class/7 series??

Love to see Caddy field such good cars. Now we just need Ford and Chrysler to play catch up in this segment. I'd love to see a day when foreign cars only compete at the bottom end of the market.
