Cool.....glad to read this thread.

I had the DT LTs on my list of possible headers due to the great price for what you get. I wanted HF cats though and not sure I liked the Tri-Y design. After reading this I just scratched them completely off the list.

Now it's a toss up of KOOKS 1 7/8" with HF cats and ceramic coating or the TX Speed kit that includes the whole 3" Magnaflow exhaust.

The ultimate plan is to add a nasty sounding Cam like yours has but it will be several yrs down the road for that.......but one day.

Get the 1 7/8" JBA system like The 2010 Sin has. I have it on my car also and cannot say anything but great things on these parts. I saved a ton also VS Kooks and I cannot wait for Heads and Cam.

You're getting me even more anxious. I got my headers intake and exhaust on... already a nice difference.

Ditto for me. I have fully decided to go with the TSP full exhaust. I really like my Cherry Bomb cat back and don't really want to get rid of it however I think a fully matched exhaust from header to tip will be more beneficial.

There is no camera man! lmao! its my flip HD sitting on a bucket in my garage, its moving because of the airflow from the exhaust 15 feet away! :-)

I did alot of research and I ended up going with JBA for many reasons..Their customer service is out of this world!! I talked to one of the techs on the phone for over 30 minutes and he had no rush to his voice he told me setups and ways to maximize what im trying to accomplish as well as why their product is different. They have some of the best gaskets available on the market. their flanges are 3/8" with oversized ports and they are raised around the actual port to seal even better with the gaskets, they have a firecone collector "basically collector spikes to reduce turbulence as chuck said above, then their collector to midpipe connections are some of the best that i've ever used.. they mount up as two flat plates one with a little notch to ensure they are inline and a clamp pulls them together for a flawless "leakless" seal they dont need the donut style gaskets in between the collector and midpipe. This system took me an hour to swap out excellent product and the price is MORE than right. :-) The butt dyno says 25 more tq and 15 more HP.. WE SHALL SEE how good my butt dyno really works in a couple weeks.

Zach

PS. Enjoy.

Ok....who knows where the best price is on JBA and I'll look at them as well.

2010 Sin....so your sound is with the Flowmaster AT and the JBA headers? Sounds Freakin NICE! Love the Cam!

EDIT: So I went to JBA's site to look around. I went to all of their Online vendors and priced the JBA 1 7/8" LTs with ceramic coating and HF cats. They all come in at about $1,500 + shipping. Assuming $50 for shipping, thats about $200 more than what I can get the same thing in KOOKS shipped to me.

I'm not knocking JBA but unless I can find them for about $300 less than what I got quoted on the KOOKS then I will probably stick with the KOOKS or TX Speed complete setup.
