Yah, Just messin around out behind the bar i threw a couple clips together.. should be uploaded in a minute for ya! ;-)
Oh and blake.. make sure if you're doing the CTS cam that you do 1 7/8" headers.. Just a insiders perspective! :-)

HERE YA GO! Short and sweet.. dont have alot of time to mess with it this weekend...

Good Choice on the 1 7/8" JBA's as I have their complete 3" system on my car and I am making 425rwhp with CAI,exhaust & tune on my LS3.

P.S. Your cam sounds soooo mean and I bet after you put the 1 7/8" 4-1 headers and 3" mids you will see some nice gains. The DT's are nice but Tri-Y design is not the best for max HP.

Thank ya sir we shall see! :-)

My honest opinion is that the tri-y is great for a stock car with an axleback or a small catback.. but its almost as if you have shorty headers on it.

I got no power gains from just my cat delete with stock manifolds to the doug thorley long tubes. I love the sound of the thorleys but i'd much rather reccomend the ADM offroad downpipes for 300 less.

All in all I'm expecting a large gain after the four into one 1 7/8"!!!! :-) WAHOO!! LET THESE HEADS BREATHE!

Hope the headers fix up your HP numbers. Did you get the coated or uncoated ones? The thing I don't like about header coatings is that they hold all the heat into the primaries, thus increasing the back pressure in the tubes making it harder for your motor to expel the exhaust quickly and efficiently. The heat also tends to create a detonation issue, which makes it hard to put a lot of ignition timing in the tune.

Usually I highly recommend staying away from coated headers, so hopefully you got the plain uncoated ones.

Also, the collectors they use I believe don't have the scavenger spike like you see in the brands, such as American Racing, and Kooks. The scavenger spike helps smooth the air as it flows out of the header and into the exhaust, creating a much higher flowing, and less turbulent, collector.

Car sounds great!

Chuck,

Your help and knowledge is awesome.. This tri-y stuff is gonna go.. I am excited to get these new ones on and get it perfected. The tune may need a little touch up too.. My longtubes are uncoated JBA 1 7/8" with the 3"-3"cats The JBA's absolutely use a scavenger spike and I cant wait to see the difference. I will be in touch. You're not even the installer/tuner and your customer service and help has not gone unnoticed. Much appreciated.

Where should that idle stay? 800-900rpm? right now im at 720-840

No problem man, happy to help. Idle can be wherever your ears like it the best.

Hope the new headers make a big improvement!
